The price was right, but everything there was obviously very heavily used. Sheets look like they are past replacing time, carpet was pretty rough, non-carpet areas sticky, furniture chipped, and water smelled a bit off. There was a dead cockroach in the same stairwell for at least 2 days. If you're a person just there for work it's fine, but I wouldn't want to stay there with a family.

Best low cost high service hotel I’ve stayed at in quite awhile. Extremely clean. English as primary language of staff onsite. Very pet friend. Just a great stay and my hotel of choice in Chesapeake/ Greenbrier area.

I missed my check in on Monday so I went there Tuesday to check in. They said I was a no show on my reservation on Monday and they said I would have to make a new one. They cashed out my prepaid reservation and took the money. I tried to call Expidia for help and they did call the hotel to see if I could get a refund but wasn’t able to due to hotel policy.
