Our stay was okay. Stains on the carpet but i could tell they tried to clean them. Stain on the wall near bathroom that looked like blood. Stains on the wall in the bathroom beside the toilet. Front desk staff was nice. Food choices were decent for breakfast. Loved the coffee station in the morning just off of the elevator. The hotel drive entryway was challenging when two cars park side by side to check in. Our stay wasn't bad. It was just okay. Not bad. Not great but not bad.

The staff is great. They must have kept my notes from a prior stay, they put me in a corner room/ top floor which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Bed linens impeccably clean. Interior of the room clean and well maintained. That said, cosmetically speaking, the property is showing signs of wear, which is to be expected, I suppose. Overall, this is a great value, with a friendly and attentive staff, where you can get a peaceful night's sleep despite it being in a somewhat busy area of Chesapeake.

The property appeared clean with a very friendly and efficient staff. However, I did find a huge cockroach on the 3rd day. It was taken care if quickly by staff and I never saw evidence of another one. The pool was clean and property provided towels which is nice. Room for improvement would be having some toys for the kids to play with for examaple some beach balls and floating noodles , that kind of stuff. Breakfast was good, tasty and a varied selection. No coffee except during breakfast hours. The place needs a refresh with new carpet and fresh paint but overall an okay stay, not great but okay.
