its not the ritz, so dont expect it to be

clock was set wrong and buttons were torn up to the point you couldnt reset it. 2 lamps didnt work. and watch your toes going into the bathroom!!! bed was comfy. all seemed reasonably clean for a hotel. had THREE packs of decaf coffee and one real coffee packet. that should have been the other way around!

Bed was clean, we really only slept there. Hotel is dated but appears hotel staff do the best they can with what they have to work with. Linens/towels were clean. Lots of noise outside and in the halls in the middle of the night. Heater unit leaked on the carpet causing wet socks.

Surprisingly the hotel was better than i expected. Only thing i didnt like was, they dont have any complimentary breakfast. But there was a wafflehouse next doorr, waffle world and McDonald's across the street.And the price was an excellent.

I really liked the courtesy of the front desk! Didn’t like not having an ice machine on on floor 4. Had to get ice from Lobby! There was no sink stopper to hold water in basin. I DID NOT report this to management.

Weekend Getaway!!!!

It was extremely easy to check-in & check-out. The staff was very friendly & helpful. There were so many restaurants & shopping areas close to the hotel. This hotel is now on my list of hotels to stay at during my trips whenever I visit the city.
