"What we went in the staff told us that the coffee machines wasn't working right in the lobby. We go to the room TV didn't work right. I called downstairs told him they said we could come down to where the breakfast would be and could watch the news that I wanted to say. When I tried to call him from the room phone did not work. No phone number posted for the front desk. I looked in my reservation finally found a phone number and call them. We were going to relax in the room and watch the news and get caught up on the day. We ended up leaving the room I'm going to a restaurant and accomplish what we wanted to we've stayed there a couple of times before they have a sign on the swimming area they're trying to get it fixed quickly over. Or 4 months there's been no change. I like the Hilton I will never go there again"

"Staff was really nice, I liked the property! My favorite part was the kitchen and the washer and dryer in the bathroom, they even give you some tide to get you started. I will Say if you do cook and need certain things, while they do have it downstairs, it would be cheaper to go to Walmart to get it. They also do not have an oven but, the microwave does have an air fryer and baking option! It was very useful"

"Nice hotel. Stay was great and staff was attentive. We could not stay directly in the Hampton, VA area due to availability and this was a good alternative. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable, staff was great, my only complaint is I felt breakfast was lacking for a Sunday morning. The pancake maker was out of mix I believe it made one but it was no bigger than a silver dollar. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express and breakfast was much better. Other than that great stay"

"You get what you pay for. A bit sketchy, definitely will see people who appear to have drug problems. No smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew, sheets had burn holes. But I gave 3 stars on a few areas because it wasn’t the worst room I’ve ever seen. "
