"A Charming French Farmhouse with Potential
Set in a beautiful, peaceful, village, this working farm has all the makings of a French dream. The accommodation seemed more of a homestay than a hotel. Our bedroom was clean, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The communal breakfast was a highlight, with tea and coffee, a choice of cereals, homemade mini pancakes, fresh bread and delicious homemade jams.
Despite this, we felt that our accommodation felt dated rather than quaint. The bathroom would benefit from refreshing/updating and the mismatched old style bedding on the two double beds felt tired and overlooked. More attention to detail would make a real difference and make this nice property really wonderful.
One thing to note, they do not take card payments.
The property has wonderful character and enormous potential. With some sympathetic updating while retaining its rustic charm, it could be a truly special place to stay. Overall, an enjoyable homestay with a warm welcome, a lovely setting and plenty of room for improvement."

10/10 Excellent
"It was relaxing to have a very big bed after a long day of travelling. The shower was easy to access & easy to use after we had worked out what to do with the shower gel, you squeeze it.
Couldn't comment on meals, we didn't partake of any."
"An excellent choice, especially if you've a long journey on the Autoroute and need an overnight stop. This was out sixth overnight here and it gets better each time.
Rooms are fairly simple, but cosy and comfortable.and spotlessly clean. The refurbished rooms are worth the extra € 10 or so.
Staff are nice and especially helpful.
And the restaurant is terrific quality, cooked-there-and-then food at not so exorbitant prices.
Give it a try - you won't be disappointed"
"A straight 5* across the board. A real upscale motel and spa. East to find, secure and plentiful parking. Rooms well appointed (although not huge). Restaurant is superb. Highly recommended."
"The hotel stands on the hillside in a beautiful spot. It looks over the village and countryside. The room is a good side with views over the pool and was adequate for a one night stop.
There was a lot of work going on around the pool, banging, sawing and music playing.
The pool itself could do with a little work around the edges to improve the finishes as there were cracks and holes.
Not many staff around but tt was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate and self service.
Short walk to the village were there wwere a few places to eat. The house of Renoir was a lovely place to visist."
