"Our room was clean and cooled down considering it was about 106 on the heat index. The staff were pleasant and we had a nice conversation at the front desk with them asking where we were from. There wasn't a negative I could say about the property."
"The room was clean, and the staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. The only inconvenience was the 4th-floor elevator button when going down, it wasn’t working, so we had to call the front desk to have someone send the elevator up. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."
"Breakfast was so-so. Could add some hot foot. Hard boiled eggs were very hard to open.
They gave us the wrong keys so had to go back down. 4th floor. "
"The breakfast was good especially for a big family. The rooms were good just didn’t like the three day cleaning policy with a family of five. However, the kids enjoyed the pool and gym. Close to many stores and restaurants."
"Elizabeth and Dave could not have been nicer! The Inn is definitely a gem. The wealth of jazz memorabilia in the bed and breakfast was incredible. Each room has a different jazz theme too.Dave is so knowledgeable and a wonderful story teller. Elisabeth is warm and genuine. She gave us a wonderful recommendation for Sunday night dinner as everything else was closed.
Dave is the chef and asked if we had any food allergies the night before and honored pur requests. Breakfast was delicious; grits, bacon, sausage, crepe like blueberry pancakes, juice, fruit, scrambled eggs and coffee.
Our room was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. There was an alcove with microwave and refrigerator/ freezer which was great as we had items to be refrigerated. 3
We truly felt at home with Elizabeth and Dave!"
