Thr Hotel was ok, but I"ve had a big prpblem with EXPEDIA. DON'T BOOK WUITH THEM !!! I had to leave the Hotel after the first night because I have a sight disability and it was difficult for me to reach the room. The Hotel was ok with it and told me they didn´t opose to the return of the money I had paid for the resting 4 nights. But Expedia don't want to return it to me. So, they keep 726 pounds that don't belong to them. I think I'll have to sue Expedia.

Away from it all.

The hotel & room was very clean. large bar and out door area’s. The hotel has a theme based on Alice in wonderland and it was very well decorated. The room was very large with a twin bath. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Refreshingly relaxed

This a refreshingly relaxed hotel and doesn't seem to try to line up with the big brands. Service and welcome were excellent. some of the room furniture was a bit quirky but it was spacious and comfortable - I would have liked to have had more time to stay there.

last minute decision with very fair rate for the one night stop right in the middle of the city. Street parking limited but we were lucky enough with no stress. Great simple check in with good attic room. Breakfast a little "odd" with no staff in attendance but good choice of continental style affair will stay again
