"We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. The room was nicely decorated, comfy beds and great shower. The spa facilities are wonderful and extensive - 3 types of sauna, steam and aroma room as well as the thermal mineral pool, relaxation pool and the rooftop indoor to outdoor pool with jacuzzi jets - heaven!! The breakfast is a cut above and we ate dinner one night which was expensive but absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend The Buxton Crescent for a luxury stay."

"We weren't advised there was a pool, so we didn't get to use it. Staff were all lovely, especially receptionist who booked us in. But the second lift being out of order meant we had to wait for the lift when checking out. There was a chair in our room [118] that needed joints gluing and could have collapsed, and somewhere in the bathroom is leaking damp, resulting in a few harmless fruit flies and damagedbath panel and skirting. "
