"For a la Quinta inn we weren’t expecting much but this definitely made us think twice about this brand. It was clean and everyone was so nice. Rm 225 had someone’s sock behind the bed by the window you may want to grab but everything was pretty clean overall. My son used the pool it was clean and very well maintained but the amount of chlorine definitely burned our eyes and couldn’t be in there to long. We definitely wished they honored quiet hours because the rude ass teenagers were running up and down the hall all hours of the night. It was a great stay overall though and will return. "
"Super friendly staff, tasty food, very cool lodge atmosphere. The room was warm and clean, the bed was soft.
Happy hour and dinner in a lodge was the highlight of the stay. Laughing with the chef and enjoying his food. I would stay there again."
"When we arrived for our “deluxe room”, we were put in a nasty motel building next to the main building. It smelled terrible and musky right when you walked in. It was pretty cold so we put the heat on immediately and the heater was extremely loud. We then went to the main building and asked if we could upgrade. The woman explained the upgrades to us and said that they had a handicap accessible room available in which we took because we wanted to get out of the yucky motel. When we got to the room, everything seemed fine other than that it wasn’t explained to us that it would be a little different. We didn’t have a nice shower and the bathroom was different. (Same price as regular room upgrade) The heating system didn’t work properly and both mornings we woke up to tons of construction sounds from the room above us. I called and complained, and it did not stop. It was going on pretty late at night as well. It was never explained to us that there would be construction in the room above our heads. We also had to call maintenance pretty late at night because our TV did not work and the phone did not work. They just weren’t hooked up or something. We upgraded to a better room and paid more money and it honestly didn’t seem that way. The towels in the room smelled weird also. "
"Room clean, overall hotel has great old-time vibes, very nice. Gym is limited, pool and hot-tub area a little difficult to get to but very nice. Love happy hour pricing at the onsite Finimore's Pub and breakfast at the onsite Part 26 was tastee and reasonably priced. Very easy access to downtown sites."
"Being the middle of winter, it still offered a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The lodge was beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. "
