"Expedia failed to pay the hotel when I checked in after paying online. This was not in any way the hotels fault and was 100% on Expedia. The hotel staff worked for over an hour to ensure my Expedia made the payment , and was overly accommodating and apologetic for an inconvenience that was never his fault in the first place!
