"Great location, beautiful views, comfortable and clean room. Shower was very disappointing. Hot & cold water did not mix. Cold water was coming from the spout and only hot water from the shower head, so we couldn't take shower at all. Also the shower head was blocked and was just trickling.
May be just our room, unfortunately. The previous guests who stayed here might not have made the staff about this issue. I mentioned this at the front desk and they took note of that.
Food was amazing. Trina was amazing. We requested vegetarian food without cross contamination. She went extra mile to inform the chef, made sure we were comfortable. She gave suggestions about the places around to visit. Thank you, Trina. "
"If you like solitude and nature, Big Intervale will give you that! The property is beautiful and off the beaten path. There are no services nearby so if you’re visiting off season, be sure to gas up and bring your toothbrush and snacks. It’s a good 20-30 minutes on a dirt road to get in or out of the cabins. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. "
