We would just like to start off by saying we are so sorry you experienced such a delay with the check in process! This is not typical what so ever. We found we had some technical issues with the travel phone, and it was brought to management's attention right after your check in. We have gotten it fixed and again we are so sorry. We hope to be able to provide you with a much better experience if we get the pleasure of your return on your next journey through Cheyenne!
