"Staff entered my room when I was in the room, without permission. I had a do not disturb sign up and had not checked out. Staff member said they thought I was out of my room and confirmed that they knew I had not checked out and had seen the sign on my door. They were defiant when I asked why they came in my room. They had no explanation.I felt very uncomfortable and that they were possibly trying to take my belongings knowing that I had left the hotel for a few minutes. This was on checkout day, so it made no sense for my room to be cleaned prior to me checking out. I will never stay at this place again!"

"Sink overflowing was just there 15 minutes had to move to another room that was not the same and that sink even was slow drain"

"STAY HERE! With so many hotels in the area to choose from…this one stood out because it was local and all the wonderful reviews. It’s clean, the staff were very friendly…and the best part was the beds-I swear they were new. Hotel is going through a renovation…but it did not impact our stay."

"I cant say anything negative about staff as there was limited encounters. The room and stay was HORRIBLE. No sound proofing - paper thin walls heard my neighbors on both side - ones tv and personal phone conversations so loud it was as if they were in the room with me , the other side was a girls slumber party I got to hear all the latest gossip and screams , let’s not forget about the room above me , big foot pacing all over the room at nauseam, the shade didn’t pull down so had the parking lights blasting in all night . Bed and pillows sucked . Room and common areas seemed cluttered and chaotic . I would’ve slept better in the car than wasting my money on that crap hole "
