"Where do I start? We pulled in and at the front door was a grill,a bbq smoker, a kerosene torpedo heater, and half a dozen people sitting in random lawn chairs. It looked like a homeless incampment. At check in the lady at the desk was wonderful. I was with my mother, who is 80yrs old and handicap. She made sure we had a room on the first floor near the lobby. She was the ONLY good thing about this place. We went to dinner and we got the the heater in our room was “running” it was squealing like a stuck pig. I went and ask if something could be done. Front desk called the maintenance man who is apparently is also the owner. He came and said “all the heaters sound like that” I questioned this and he said “even a brand new one sounds like that”. When I say it was loud, I mean louder than my alarm clock. At that point he told me to “deal with it or leave” so we left and went to a place down the street. In short I would not recommend this dump to anyone."
"Traveling from Arizona back to Iowa.We booked a room at the Econo lodge down the street and the heater was squealing like a stuck pig. The owner would not do anything about it so we left and found this great hotel. The staff was very helpful and they put us in a newly remodeled room. If you are in Burlington Colorado I would highly recommend staying here."
"El cuarto era súper chico, no cumpli ó con mis expectativas. En el refri encontré cabellos, y el precio estaba mas alto lo cual comparado con los hoteles de alrededor, que decían ser “suite” y que sí estaban de lujo. En general, estoy un poco decepcionada.
