Nothing too fancy but a block from the train station a comfy bed and a fridge and microwave. The host was very responsive.

Unfortunately the place wasn't represented well by the pictures on the site. Different decor and quality of space. We booked this place because of its pool and bathtub and weren't able to use either. The pool was shut down for maintenance from damage of floods we didn't find this out till we checked in if we new before hand we would have booked another place. We wanted to use the bathtub but there was no plug for it and the area around the tub was cracked with mold and unpleasant. The shower is not set up well the head is on the wall and shoots water directly at you and water goes all over and leaks from the tub onto bathroom floor. The shower curtain was gross to and needs to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was great but unfortunately the kitchenette lacked anything to use to make anything. No hot plate only a microwave and really gross old uncleaned toaster. There wasn't much for cutlery either when we did eat in.

チェンマイ鉄道駅前のコンドミニアム。 建物入口にモーニングブッフェをやっているレストランが１１７バーツでやっていてよい。 部屋はきれいだが、扉の取っ手が取れたりと経年劣化は否めない。 ５泊したが一切ルームサービスは無いのでごみの処理に困った。（バスタオル類は部屋に洗濯機があるのでそれを使って洗う。ただ水のタンクはシャワーと洗濯を連続ですると使い切ってしまうため要注意。しばらく水が一切出なくなります。） アメニティーは一切ないので自分で要購入。 民泊と考えればいいです。 大きい冷蔵庫と、電子レンジ食器はある。（食器を洗う洗剤はないため今回は紙コップ等を購入した。） オーナーに電話して鍵を受け取るシステムなので現地の携帯電話と英語力は要する。オーナーは英語が堪能でとてもいい感じの人でした。

【洗濯について】 何より、部屋の洗面所に洗濯機があって使いたい時に使いたいだけ使えたのが、最高でした！洗濯を干せるようなものも完備されていて、本当に助かりました。濡れてしまった子どもの靴も、洗ってから脱水した後、部屋のエアコンの風が当たる場所に置いておくと、次の日には乾いていました。ハンガーが5つくらいあったように思いますが、3人分の洗濯物を干すのには足りなかったので、次回来る際には、多めに折りたたみのハンガーを持ってきた方が良いなと思いました。 【部屋について】 部屋は広くて、大きめの冷蔵庫もあって(生ごみは虫が来そうだったので、袋に入れてチェックアウトの日まで冷凍しました。)、電子レンジもあって、テレビはYouTubeなども見れたので、子どもに好評でした。ベッドは、子ども1人と大人2人で寝るのには十分の広さでした。 【立地、アクセス】 チェンマイの鉄道の駅から徒歩ですぐに行ける場所にあります。(おそらく200mないくらい) チェンマイ駅には、レンタルバイク屋さんやレストランもあります。時間帯によるかもですが、周りに少し屋台もあります。レンタルバイクがあればどこにでも行けるので、宿まで徒歩で行けて、徒歩でレンタルバイクを借りに行けたのは大きかったです。 【チェックイン】 チェックインしようとしたところ、どうやらコンドミニアムの持ち主がオーナーのようで、コンドミニアムのフロントではチェックインができませんでした。コンドミニアムでも直接予約ができると言われましたが、部屋には洗濯機が着いておらず、お金をコインに変えてもらって、共用で利用するタイプのものでした。部屋の入り口に暗証番号付きの入れ物に入った鍵があるので、教えてもらった暗証番号を入れて鍵を受け取り、部屋に入ります。私たちは13時以降だったら、部屋に入っても大丈夫とのことでした。予約したあと、オーナーさんから電車が掛かって来ていましたが、気づかず、また国際電話になってしまうため、コンドミニアムのフロントから掛かってきていた番号に電話させてもらいました。その際に部屋の番号や暗証番号を教えてもらえましたが、メッセージでもやり取りできると思います。結局、電話で聞いた暗証番号では開けられず、メッセージで正しいものを教えてもらって、無事に部屋に入ることが出来ました。
