We could walk to most attractions include night markets. Room was clean. Our room was in back/side of building so we heard lots frogs. We enjoyed stay at this hotel.

This is a nice boutique 4 star hotel in the dead center of old Chang Mai. Don’t expect great views from your room but it is very quiet, comfortable, and upscale. A few specifics are: The breakfast offers a number of options including Eggs Benedict as well as a buffet for salad, fruit, coffee, tea, salad and some other items. The owners could improve this a bit by offering an automatic cappuccino machine but steps aware are numerous restaurants offering this beverage. The staff speaks exceptional English, is receptive to requests and responds promptly. The rooms are equipped with Japanese toilets that do virtually everything since you can’t flush toilet paper. With those toilets you actually don’t need toilet paper which is odd for North Americas. You can walk in either direction and find great restaurants, music, temples and other things.

This was an amazing hotel and area. The staff were so great and helpful with our requests. Such friendly and kind people who were always willing to help. The restaurant was great too. Such great value for the service we received. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Convenient location, lots of restaurants, massage place around. Staff a very helpful n friendly. Just the room itself not much space for clothes storage, n luggage. There’s no shower curtain n the glass partition only 1/2 size, so when you shower, water might be everywhere, hot water is a little challenging.

Perfect old city chiangmai location and the staff was very friendly. They were very helpful in calling a taxi and contacting our tour pick up. Clean, safe, with restaurants and temples nearby. 1 block from 3 kings monument and the chiang mai cultural center.
