Very nice hotel and friendly staff. A few local restaurants just outside the hotel. We stayed for a week in February 2025. Lovely restaurant by the river.

Second time being at this property. The service from the staff is professional, friendly and attentive. The rooms and facilities are well maintained clean. The restaurants and cafe are excellent, especially the Italian restaurant Favola, a must try. Overall excellent property, a great place to spend your time and vacation.

Beautiful property. Great pool, big rooms, great Italian restaurant on the river, breakfast was amazing, and the old trees and landscaping was really special. Felt like a little oasis in Chiang Rai, yet not far from many of the highlights.

Having recently experienced the bland corporate feel of the Marriott in Phuket Town, it was with some doubt we approached our stay here. However, it could not have been more different, it was a truly wonderful and relaxing experience. Every member of staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, for which they deserve much credit. Despite being quite a large hotel it has the feel and approach of a small family business. We will definately return.

Gorgeous property and maybe the best hotel room ive ever stayed in. Only complaint is website says they have a shuttle to and from the shuttle but they dont. Getting rides can be a nightmare.

Beautiful hotel but dated. Love the huge room looking into pool.Prices at restaurants are expensive and the property is too big for us.
