"The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location in the heart of Pisa. An excellent 4 * hotel. Very quiet in the evening as well. We stayed over 2 weeks and it was like home. Highly recommend. La camera era immacolata, il personale era molto cordiale e accomodante. Ottima posizione nel cuore di Pisa. Un eccellente hotel 4*. "Very clean room. Sky TV watchable in Junior Suite. Breakfast was various and wonderful. Outside street parking is possible, but I parked in the garage which cost additional 15EUR. To get to the room, it was like a labyrinth."

"Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Single occupancy room size is adequate for EU standards, larger people may find it cramped. Room is aged but clean, with street view. Property has a cute, tiny elevator. Very near to the train station."
