"I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them. "

"sehr schön renovierte Zimmer im Alpenchic Style! komfortable Dusche! vielseitiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet! im ganzen Hotel nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! einzige Beanstandung: auch wenn das Hotel als pet friendly gilt, sollten Hunde nicht mit in den Speisesaal genommen werden!"

"Hotel is a bit out of the way but that suited us. Lovely hotel and friendly staff but not much English spoken. Main issue was the Air Conditioning, or lack of it. They do have in all the rooms but when i asked how to work it they said it is not turned on yet as is not the season! Our room was really hot. We opening the balcony door but as it is on a very busy road the noise was too loud. Such a shame. "
