"When I went to the bar…my beer wasn’t even cold. She didn’t have a frozen mug or anything. Paid for warm beer"

"I liked the property and level of personnel. Two days I attempted to eat in their, in person restaurant and was given unrealistic wait times. 45 minutes and still didn't receive food after an hour and a half. I canceled the order and was late to my event. Also there is no on-site parking. The website suggested there was for a higher fee. But it was clean and a nice place to stay."

"Somehow I lucked out and arrived on a very slow weekend, which is nice but can also be very bad in terms of service. This wasn't the case at all. Service was top notch and readily available. My room was clean, comfortable and had a little balcony looking out on the airport. Despite this, my room was adequately quiet. As for the ambiance of the hotel, it was welcoming and uniquely elegant. Based on my experience, I would recommend a stay here."

InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile by IHG

"Overall hotel is beautiful but very old and rooms small. Parking was not big enough to accommodate our large van for valet so we had to find our own parking in that busy city. Pool area was extremely stuffy and humid I was having a hard time breathing and felt suffocated. Had to leave the area . Unpleasant area to sit inside. Wish they would open a few of the windows in the area. This was a big issue for us bc it was raining outside and so my kids wanted to swim indoors."
