Surrounding rooms were listening music so loud till 3am… loud people noise from out side till 2am, pot smoking smell from the hallway .. the property was clean and nice but bad location

Had to switch rooms because my first room had hair on the floor and there were crumbs all on the floor and the microwave was super dirty and the second room I got it was still like little crumbs and stuff on the floor and the assistant manager, I don’t even know, he was just rude. The girl who cleaned my room was rude, but the owner of the place was nice. He was respectful but yeah.

A great place to stay
My stay at Best Western Plus was superb. I'd like to give a special thanks to Hannah at the frontdesk she was very kind and demonstrated excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean, the food was goid and the atmosphere was quiet. When i return to Chicago and if in the area I plan to make this my first choice.

Great stay!
This hotel was better than I expected it to be. Upgraded spacious rooms with very nice wall decor, comfortable beds, free breakfast, and nice lobby. Only thing that went wrong was the elevator being out of order one morning. But it was fixed by the afternoon/evening. Not sure if that happens often or not. If you're just looking for a safe place to sleep and not concerned about great views or nearby restaurants, etc, this is a great pick. Overall this hotel is worth the stay and I'd stay here again.

Nice Stay
Beautifully renovated hotel. The staff and breakfast were great. The only issue was the elevator, which sounded like it was going to break down at any minute.

Good Stay in Great Location
The hotel was pretty nice in a very good location. The gym looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. There was no water in the fountain, no cups, and no towels. Because of this I didn’t know for sure if it’s kept up the same as the rest of the hotel.

Hotel room was cool. Heater kept going in and out and there was a huge hole where you can clearly see outside. Maybe that’s why the room was so cold at times. Also it was a condom wrapper on the side/behind the bed. Overall it was a nice stay.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! The clerk was AMAZING!!! He was so prompt and efficient! The place was immaculate inside and out! When I arrived late in the afternoon, there were employees everywhere cleaning, which I have not seen before at other hotels…only in the mid mornings. There is no carpet, which I love! Very well lit all throughout. Parking is very accommodating, as well. Breakfast was stocked and someone was constantly working it to keep it clean and maintained.

Great stay
We stayed one night. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very nice and friendly. Our room was clean and the best thing was that the floors were not carpet. They were a type of wood laminate which is so much cleaner than yucky carpet. I would highly recommend.

We stayed from Friday 11-6 to 11-8. Our rooms had hair all on the sheets in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. But it was clean other then that. I left my sandles in the built in stand by where the ironing board was. I went back and they where gone. The maid was right outside the room when we checked out, she stole my sandles the room wasn't taken by the time i got back to the hotel. So make sure you have everything before leaving or your stuff will be stolen too im.sure.The front staff checked the room twice and asked her she lied of course. I don't have my sandles we check all bags and i don't have them,and really need them for my swollen feet when i cannot wear my shoes. Also the pool wasn't available one of the reasons we picked best Western to stay at.

Overall I gave this hotel a 4 star rating for convenience, cleanliness, and safety. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the pool not being opened for guests to enjoy. I hope there’s a pool and a hot tub to open soon.
