Nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is next to the red line train, very convenir t to travel to downtown Chicago.
I was really surprised that the rooms don’t have a safer.
The area around this property is not great.

We’ve stayed here often since our daughter is a Loyola Chicago student. It’s always been clean and safe. The front staff is amazing! The breakfast is very good and free. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location by Loyola and the subway. Very nice outdoor rooftop lounge. It is a little pricey for what you get. Sometimes its as much as the Sheraton grand river walk or Intercontinental, but not nearly as nice or with the amenities. Walls are a little thin so the hallway and other rooms can be loud. Valet took 30 minutes to get my car.

The suite was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. They do stop serving breakfast at 10:00am, which I feel is a little early. Very close to public transportation, it’s a great convenient location. Not a large hotel, but clientele was pretty quiet. Strongly recommended.

When I checked in the person was amazing. However, the individual at the desk this morning at 6:20am when I checked out was positively rude. The reason I gave a three and not a one was because the person who checked me in was so nice and I don’t want her to be dinged. there is no reason for someone to be so rude when you speak to someone and tell them thank you that they can’t even acknowledge you though they’re looking at you. It was very rude.

Nice facility and in a well populated area. Close to the university and lots of young adults around. Staff was courteous. Parking overnight is expensive in my view.

Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and the property was very convenient to Loyola and transportation. Lots of stores and restaurants close and a wonderful included breakfast.
