Great hotel, very clean and quiet which we very much enjoyed. Our only downside was that the towels had a strong musky smell. Not a big deal though! Would stay here again for sure!

The young woman that checked us in was very friendly and kind. She was very knowledgeable about the area as well. The room was spectacular! Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The room itself was large with 2 beds, a couch, and sitting chair. The bathroom was well lit and large as well. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels. This one is well maintained with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it. Oh! I can’t forget the amazing continental breakfast!

The beds were comfortable. The building was not finished well nor is it well maintained. Tile in bathroom is uneven and pulling away from the wall. Mold on wall of shower/bathtub. Veneer on furniture is thin and pealing and catches on clothing. One of two elevators not working for entire stay. Food is overcooked - dark brown, hard, and tasteless.

The room was clean at arrival, we stayed 4 nights, the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly, the only bad thing i have to say is the last day, the cleaning staff did not stop to clean our room or leave us clean towels, it was late when we got back so we didnt ask for clean ones. overall i do recommend this hotel.

Start with the positive because if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful when they could be. The breakfast was a step above the usual free breakfast fare. And despite there being a youth hockey team staying there, it was quiet. Now for the other stuff. This hotel needs maintenance people who care about the building. Sometimes the outside door works with the room key, sometimes not. The elevator button works if you keep pressing it long enough. We were there for a funeral and my sister-in-law's room had an issue with the toilet. She would have called the front desk but the phone in her room didn't work. Our grandkids swam in the pool and said the side felt slick, like moldy slick. The 4th floor hall had a moldy smell or a room freshener smell (like someone was trying to cover the mold smell). Some of the paint in our room was chipped. It is a building that is structurally sound but needs someone to take care of the regular maintenance. It just needs some love by the maintenance team to be a very nice hotel.
