Property was clean and safe. Staff was friendly and courteous. There was no mini fridge in the room for carried drinks or medications. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable for both of us and another couple of friends that stayed there.

I stayed for 5 days, they didn't clean my room for 2 days, it didn't suit the name of sheraton. Even water was not put in the room, I specifically asked for it. I stayed because I had to. don't choose again

The front desk employee (Karen? I think that was her name.) was fantastic. She was the only one there and making everyone feel special and important. She also addressed questions we had and worked to resolve our issue. She is definitely a top notch employee! She made us loyal customers to this hotel no matter where we travel because the level of service we got here was top notch. I also witnessed her dealing with some customers that were not so pleasant and she kept her cool and remained friendly. She’s a great asset to the company!!

Stains, smells, and sounds. Changed rooms twice Dirty bathroom and mildew smells in the 1st. 2nd had a terrible sewage smell. The 3rd was better, but the ceiling had water damage and mold. Walls have zero soundproofing so heard normal conversations in ajoining rooms and the hallway. Housekeeping was incomplete both days with random items replenished without touching the bed. Not a big deal, but odd not to make the bed. Carpet in common areas and hallways were badly stained. Staff was very nice.
