Ok, empecemos por la limpieza de las habitaciones, solo lo hacen cada 5 dias y las toallas las cambian y notan la basura cada 3 días. El menú del desayuno es muy básico y repetitivo casi todos los días, hubo un día ( el martes) que prácticamente no había nada en el menú y la máquina de panquecas también se les rompió. El piso de los elevadores la mayoría del tiempo estaban sucios. El agua embotellada la venden demasiado cara, y además te cobran 25 dólares si llegas antes de las 4 pm y quieres entrar a la habitación porque cuando viajas con niños es normal que quieran descansar después de un viaje desde La Florida. Realmente no recomiendo este hotel, existen muchas buenas opciones cerca y con precios similares

The staff was inviting and friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious. I booked a 2 bedroom and the kitchen was great to have. A few tiny things: the fragrance used in the lobby is very overwhelming and with someone who has sensitivities to smells it made me nauseous and unable to sit in the lobby to wait on my car. Also the $70 a night for valet parking for guests is pricey however I did get a $40 per night credit through Expedia. Overall great visit

The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The only down fall was there’s only valet parking otherwise will have to pay for street parking. Overall visit was great. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the Chicago area again. :)

expecting a room with a king-size bed and a couch that converts into a bed. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon check-in, there was no mention of any issues with my reservation. When I arrived at my room, I was disappointed to find that the bed was not a king size, and there was no sofa bed available. This was contrary to what I had booked and expected. When I contacted the front desk to address the situation, I was surprised to find that they were trying to charge me extra for the accommodations I had already reserved. This lack of communication and willingness to resolve the issue was frustrating and left me feeling dissatisfied with my stay. Given the discrepancies between what was promised and what was provided, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Sonesta suites is relatively nice and in an excellent location. A little disappointed that at night there was no hot water for tea and at 10am there was no coffee! There were several people disappointed about this as well! The refrigerator was either not working or turned down all the way, (didn’t know because the light were on) so the champagne I was looking forward to having on my bday wasn’t properly chilled. When we left and came back to our room, the room smelled awful, like a sewer! I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time!

Everything was amazing. The room was clean. You could smell the cleanness. I was amazed by them being able to upgrade my room for 10 more dollars. everything was amazing so I appreciate the hospitality even though I did miss breakfast.
