I just needed a room for a week and it did the job. I did not expect anything extravagant so just to have a place to lay my head and a cool enough room with no Super benefits. This was adequate. What was amazing was that I had to dispute a second charge on the room That was more than the time that I had agreed to rent the room for. And now I am in dispute of what seems like an additional day. I don’t understand how these things happen, but the service is lackadaisical on that end.

The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The only problem was outside. Guests stood and smoked within about 10 feet of the front entrance, clearly in violation of the posted sign forbidding smoking within 25 feet. The area was littered with cigarette butts, and we had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the lobby at one point.

The room smelled so bad like mildew. Breakfast we had to skip because there was just a small space and not enough food, milk was warm. The whirlpool in the room was excellent which was the only good thing about the whole room! Never stay here again!

It was really great experience staying in Super 8 Mundelein. Staff is very nice and polite check in was very easy and quick and the room which they gave me is so nice and clean can't complain about anything in the room. And it's very quite at night which I like the most. Thank you super 8 it was a wonderful experience.

Breakfast and Breakfast area needs items and help!

While the room was clean, the building was older and tired.They offered a variety of breakfast items, but when we asked for butter for our waffles we were told they don't ever have butter (don't carry it?). They had a kleenex box out in place of napkins! That was not helpful. They had a fancy creamer machine but there was nothing in it, and they had nothing to refill it with. The coffee was not good at all.

The staff is nice. You can change the room if you don’t like it. Also, they have house keeping every day. The towels smells great and looks clean. You won’t feel itch if you use their blanket. The only bad thing is I stay there for 5days but there are 3 days that police coming. I don’t know what is going on but it just feel this is not safe.
