The one bedroom suite had a nice layout. Bed was comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was good.
They were so sweet! They supported very well. I was staying there for 19days, We felt so comfortable safe and happy!
Especially breakfast guy made our day every morning! Really appreciate it!
Employees in the lobby were very personable and professional. Room was well kept other than a few minor, fixable things (blown out light bulb). Accomodations were perfect for our group. Would definitely go to this location in the future.
Breakfast was awesome—there were egg quiche, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, and more.
The room had a kitchen with utensils, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked well.
The only thing I didn’t like was there were some stains in the sheets…including one spot of what looked like blood.
The staff!!!!!!!!!!! Rudest people I have came across in a long time! No toilet paper, Kleenex in the room, had to go and get it ourselves….. sheets were filthy but couldn’t get anyone upstairs to come and change so we slept on top of the comforter…… so furious but was desperate since we were on a long road trip and just needed sleep. This hotel is not a recommendation I would make, rather sleep in my car next time.
Opted for the one-bedroom suite so we could have a kitchen and a separated bedroom. Kitchen had all of 3 glasses, 2 mugs (both of which were dirty), and no dish soap anywhere. The living area had two tables and a desk, but only one chair, so the tables aren't very usable. Have to eat meals on the couch I guess?
To pay over $500 for a two night stay where housekeeping neglect trash drawers, white claw opened beverage behind the tv, and more trash behind trash can in bath area; an engineer sent twice to repair the dishwasher; a window AC to cool the main space; the remote control didn't work AFTER replacing the batteries; having killed three spiders is a rip off! But thx for the hot breakfast though
