They apparently started remodeling this hotel but only did it halfway. The sink and floor of the bathroom were nice, but the shower was one of the worst I have seen - worn and nasty looking, and there was a place on the shower wall where the shampoo and conditioner had been ripped off and it had not been repaired. I would have avoided stepping foot in the shower if I could have. The carpet in the room had what I assume were permanent stains. Breakfast was pretty basic, not much to it. When I spoke to the manager about the condition of the shower he basically said it was out of his control and that is why the price is cheap.

The room itself was nice. Comfortable bed, nice tv. However...the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub/shower specifically. The tub walls have been painted and the paint was chipped everywhere. The plug to the drain was missing so no taking a bath (not that i would in the condition it was in) the bar soap holder was chipping paint so nowhere to put that. The door to the bathroom was chipping paint. Behind the door near the corner of the tub there was black im assuming mold growing. The lighting in the bathroom was so dark I couldn't do my make-up.

Our room had a weird smell of cheese and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. There was also no shampoo in the bathroom. And the shower definitely was dirty with soap stains on the wall. It also appeared that the tub has not been kept clean in a while. Overall the dirtiest thing was the bathroom but at least the bed sheets felt clean.

Do not stay there! Rooms are neglected. Bedding had 4 blood stains... I was moved to another room. In the new room the bathroom was in poor shape, wallpaper coming off, hair dryer never worked, tub faucet dripping water and making noises all night, toilet loose and about to fall off! Carpet dirty! Stains everywhere! Do not stay there!

The pictures posted online do this property absolutely no justice — and not in a good way. The rooms were about as clean as a budget roadside motel. There were empty Glade plug-ins in both the rooms and hallways, which made it feel like they were trying to cover up lingering odors rather than actually addressing them. The shower looked like it had barely been wiped down, which was honestly disgusting. In the first room I was given, the toilet didn’t even flush. On top of that, the shower had extremely low water pressure — don’t plan on washing your hair unless you have a lot of time and patience. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

The room sunk, when we arrived it was so overpowering floral wall plugs in that gave instant migraine so we unplugged and went on with our day. Those plug ins were covering up a fowl smell that no matter how long we aired the room out would not go away. The staff walked into our room at 9am on check out with no knock or anything! Check out was 11am! When I went down to complain no staff was visible. The bathroom was in need of repair badly and the toilet would not flush right. The breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had and we travel a lot.

I walked into my room and the heat was turned all the way up with the air conditioner broken. I then was told the hotel was sold out but they eventually found me a room with two beds. Additionally, the shower was also dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned. This was a ridiculous and unprofessional ordeal that makes me less likely to come back.
