"Every person (and one friendly dog named Rocky) at Hacienda Chichen-Itza is helpful! From an early check-in, to the front desk manager who made sure we had a lovely table for two during our one-night stay, to the servers, we had exceptional service. The pool is Olympic length I think, and great for lap swimming or just floating under the palm trees. The setting is unique and peaceful. Come to see the Mayan ruins; stay to enjoy being pampered. "
