"The staff was great! The rooms need updating badly. Not dirty, just worn. This is an old property so maintenance is never ending I expect. One glaring deficiency is the lack of smart TVs in the rooms. There was no way to stream content. There was some cable channels and local network affiliates but I guess we just expect to be able to stream content using our personal subscriptions or from our personal devices. The bar and restaurant were both very good and staffed by great people."

"We loved our visit to this hotel. When we got to the room our refrigerator didn’t work. The night clerk Arthur was the best! He saved the day, and brought another refrigerator to our room. Breakfast was fabulous. We weren’t there for the kickback at 5:30, but did go the a fun restaurant, The Haunted Restaurant. The kids loved it. The pool and hot tub felt wonderful, especially after a long day at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum, and the morning after a concert at the Huntington Field Stadium. I highly recommend this place. The price was great also, especially with all that comes with this hotel."
