I was skeptical about this place because it was so inexpensive but I am glad I took a chance. People there were incredibly helpful! Everything was great! Room clean! And no hassle check in! Will definitely stay here again!

This place was very dirty and smelly , this property should have been closed . The room door had a huge gap between the frames. Also google says this property is permanently closed But yet they are open and won’t give you the key to your room the employee had to come and open the room himself.

I booked 8 rooms for a work trip and they called me at 7:42pm to inform me that they over sold the hotel for the evening. I had to spend almost 3 hours on the phone with these guys to get them to book me at another hotel. Horrible experience!

The hotel didn't have the rooms advertised. the Expedia website promised a room that accommodates 6, but only has 4 person rooms. additionally promised breakfast, but doesn't serve it. Expedia represented this hotel as being along my route, but it was far out of my way. !!! I really don't want to experience Expedia again. This hotel has terrible service

The new owner was too busy trying to take care of everything. No place in room to hang clothes. Room has coffee maker but no cups. I spent 3 nights with no extra towels. The main lobby said open but door was locked. Mr packs needs to renovate 1st then open.
