A nice hotel with a very nice pool and bar. The complimentary buffet breakfast served each morning in the restaurant was comprised of scrambled eggs, ham, cheeses, bread, jam, coffee, tea, and a selection of fruit juices. Service at the front desk and throughout the hotel was excellect! I’ll definitely stay here again!

UNBEARABLE NOISE ALMOST ALL NIGHT !
Where do I begin ? I had booked to rooms, for myself and business partners on the SAME RESERVATION. When we arrived we were told the "the two rooms each had a different price". I said No, they were both booked identical on the Same Reservation. Lucky I had my Hotels.Com reservation copy with me. Showed it to the young man at reception, he agreed that it must have been a mistake by whomever wrote the reservation down, situation resolved. Rooms facing main street outside, in both rooms the noise was TERRIBLE. No blackout curtain in my room and lots of light came in. Because of the bus station across the street, casino in the hotel, and the CONTINUOUS horn beeping on the street was unbearable. Only time able to sleep was from 2:00am to about 4:30am, no more than 10 hours of sleep total over a 3 night stay. Hotel needs maintenance in many respects especially the elevator. Maids do not leave proper number of towels, toilet paper, etc. Also when my associate and I checked in, BOTH rooms had the safe in the room locked, also no instructions on use in either room ? Worst, safe's were NOT Attached to the wall, anyone could pick it up and walk away with it. Unless you plan almost no sleep or can manage over consistent noise, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !

It was very short but the service was excellent, the room is also wonderful, no noises, very clean; the bathroom too. The local area not so good.The breakfast is not good. The lobby needs more decoration and attention. people gets in and out; it seems that nobody cares.

Great location, very nice breakfast. Pool access was sold to public. Pool was way too crowded and not enough seating for hotel guests. People were coming down in the morning and saving chairs for the day.

Nice hotel but pool is venue for children's birthd
We had a quick stop over here between long bus journeys. Our room was comfortable the bathroom was nice and the shower had hot water. We were given some lovely complimentary cakes in our room. We are at the hotel bar and the food was nice. We also enjoyed a delicious complimentary drink. We had intended to spend the day relaxing by the hotel pool, however what we hadn't expected from a casino is that it was hosting a birthday party for an 8 year old girl. The pool was heaving with about 30 screaming splashing kids so it was not possible to relax. This was the only down side to the hotel.

I've stayed at other Chiclayo hotels (first time was more than fifty years ago) and decided to give this place a try. It was perfectly satisfactory for the price -- the street in front was very busy (bus station next door) but my room facing the rear was quiet. Easy parking around back too. Restaurant was ok, with a 20% discount coupon provided at check-in. Morning breakfast was ok. Also received a coupon for a welcome drink (pisco sour). All in all, good value for price paid.

We had a great Stay We were picked up from the airport this was very easy Very friendly and helpful and help us organise a taxi to Pacasmayo and a tour around Chiclayo Room was very comfortable and clean We had dinner in the resturant and were given a voucher for 2 free drinks Unfortunately we only stayed one night but if we go to Chiclayo again we would stay at WinMeier again We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends Many Thanks Paula

Nice hotel. Had issues with ac in the room. Took a little time to get the hotel to agree that the ac had an issue. Good service but was told that any tips you charge to your room do not go to the staff and that the hotel takes them.

Definitely recommended for Chiclayo
Me and my sister stayed for two nights, very first city of our South America trip. We arranged shuttle from the airport the day before in US without any problem, and it was really easy to find them at the airport with nicest minibus in the town! We trouly enjoyed out staying at WinMeier for every reasons. Location is the best to walk around the city all day long from main plaza to local markets, great price, clean room, and amazing services. More fency hotels are far from the city center, difficult to find transportation easy time. Cheaper hostels are close to city center but the condition is quite tough. we soon figured out WinMeier is moderate but decent option for our budget and quality. We didnt speak any spanish but the staffs were doing their best to help us out and accomodate what we needed, special thanks to Pamela who helped us in English all the time.

Bed wasnt the size as reservation specifies, made my complaint about it and took me several time to get a final solution after several denies from the staff to get things right. Got to wait around 7 hours since i checked in to get the room. Once in the room, noise of the backyard party was annoying, didnt rest so well because of that.
