"Overall it was a great stay. However, I think the staff could use some training in customer service. I pre-paid the breakfast for both days I was there. I double checked with the front desk that breakfast was pre-paid, and they said yes. At breakfast, I got a bill for the food, and they said the charge would be removed from my bill. But then a couple weeks later I saw the charge for breakfast for both days on my credit card. I called the hotel and the first thing the person answering asked was could I wait on hold. That was fine. Then when I got off hold, I explained the issue to the person, and she said she couldn't help me - only the manager could help me but the manager was away - could I call back in 30 minutes? I think she could leave a message for the manager but ok. I called back in 30 minutes, and the person at the desk asked if I could go on hold. Then when I got off hold I asked if I could speak to the manager. She transferred me to his number, but he did not pick up - I left a voicemail. Then I got impatient and called for a third time. The person at the desk asked if I could go on hold. I said no - could you please find the manager so I can get a refund? She found him and I talked to him and then he took care of the issue right away. I don't know why I had to call three times to take care of it :("
