The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was always spotless. Most importantly, there was convenient parking with a permit for the ZTL area. "We stayed for two nights at this lovely place in and it was an unforgettable experience. The garden was absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The location was also perfect. Very close to the city center, with easy access to all the main attractions. Silvia was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to visit during the Red Night, which was unexpected but also an amazing bonus to our trip. We had so much fun and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Volterra."
