"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. "No shower head just hose, tiles around the bathtub missing, towels dirty. Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room. The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. "Very Harsh Review: An absolutely shameful stay. I had booked and paid for a double room via Hotels.com, with official confirmation to support it. Upon arrival, the hotel attempted to charge me an extra fee, falsely claiming that the intermediary agency had provided incorrect information and that I had only booked a single room. Even after showing my official confirmation for a double room, they persisted with unacceptable bad faith. As for the housekeeping staff, they had no hesitation in knocking on doors as early as 8 a.m. to ask if we were leaving, disturbing our rest with no consideration whatsoever. The breakfast, which was supposed to be a pleasant moment, was simply disastrous: poor quality, very limited choices, and non-existent service. Everything about this hotel reeks of disorganization, customer contempt, and complete disrespect. Hotels.com should seriously reconsider their partnership with this establishment, which is a real disgrace. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel: ruined stay, wasted money, and guaranteed stress."
