Very cold!

Staff was all very good and friendly, the location is great for an extended business trip. There was just a couple of things that would have made this a great place. Rooms were cold and heat was not working in the rooms, me and my colleagues had to request extra blankets in order to be comfortable while sleeping. I was very impressed with the coming renovations, but this caused a bit of inconvenience, but totally excusable.

Everything was fantastic, the only thing I did not like was the lobby temperature. We went in March and the lobby and whole dining area was extremely hot.

The room was dirty toilet paper in toilet (used) and not flushed the Sink had black hairs in it also the bed sheets had hair all over it and on the duvet it seems like house keeping just gives the sheets and tucked them in and made the bed other then them putting fresh linen I doubt it ! As for the morning breakfast Buffett $290 pesos not worth it I had a heck of a time finding the entrance had to drive around a few times and then finally asked someone and he said it’s in the parking underground garage huge inconvenience you would think where the car drive way is would be the main entrance wrong it’s a exit only Would I satu her again and pay the $150 USD nope not a chance I would rather stay at and higher rated hotel not as expected for a Hilton hotel not Hilton standards at all

No tengo referencia de otros hoteles de la zona pero es la segunda vez que me quedo en ese Hotel y me encanta. La ubicacion excepcional, las instalaciones de facil acceso para personas grandes, terraza espectacular para fumar, y las habitaciones confortables para un buen desvanso. Que veo como puntos de oportunidad: Desayuno. Se puede mejorar la presentación, cantidad y variedad de platillos. Todos los dias que baje a desayunar ya no habia casi nada, habia que pedirlo. No habia ni cubiertos ni tazas en las mesas. Baños. Es importante buscar un producto que blanquee las juntas del material de la regadera, se estan poniendo muy amarillos y eso da aspecto de suciedad. Fue una larga estadia y me senti muy a gusto.
