Overall, this was a good experience. I wasn’t happy with my initial room, but the staff quickly arranged a different one for me. The only downside was that the new room didn’t have a refrigerator. The welcome was very nice, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I appreciated their effort to make my stay comfortable.
