Chikhaldara Holiday Rentals

"Owner of the resort and manager are two different persons hence manager has very little authority to treat tourists. There was no headshower in bathroom, no handshower in latrine. water supply was very poor. After 2/3 hours we are forced to call manager to start water supply n fill the tank. We paid online for deluxe room costing Rs.2875/- per day however quality of room was like of Rs.1500/- We are senior citizens hence requested to allott a room on ground floor but it was denied though rooms on ground floor were vacant. no professional attitude towarads tourists thouogh income is generated from tourism. Breakfast was included in our package however there were no varieties except Upma and Pohe that too single dish every day and very meagre quantity n tasteless. There was no storewell to keep bags in the room. Housekeeping was also not upto mark. Overall very disappointing experience."
