We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. "We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5...

"其實覺得酒店一般，酒店冷氣與睡床擺放位置很不好，導致夜晚睡覺時很熱，因為當中牆身把冷氣的風擋住了。把冷氣調到最冷也沒用。另外一個問題是廚房的窗太光了，早上五點就被弄醒了。 值得一讚是洗手間真的很大，很舒服。還有就是酒店很方便，非常近博多運河城，而且有很多居酒屋。 "

"Overall the stay was very good. Hotel and area was very convenient. My only issue was…they would not sell me more coffee kcups. I drink about 4-5 cups daily…and when I went to front desk to purchase more receptionist would not accommodate. She said; they could not sell and visitors were allowed 2 daily. These are special illy kcups and weren’t available to purchase in any grocery or convenient stores. "
