Staff is not friendly and charged me $4.50 cash and not acceptable card payment. because they can’t charge with Expedia for the room. And she’s yelling to need the extra money from me. Disappointed.

Very friendly welcoming. Room was clean. Had a little smell to it but everything was clean and comfortable. Might have just been the recent rain. Had everything we needed. Good value for the price.

There was no tea towels to wipe the dishes. And no table to sit at and eat, only outside, but it was storming while we were there. The cupboard under the sink should have stored the plates and cups. But the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The shower was great, but the room needs a couple of hooks to hang your clothes on.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room, The name "Budget Motel" doesn't do it justice. Very comfortable stay. Good bed Good shower And a decent size TV. I would stay again, and recommend to other's.

Nice property, quiet and spacious rooms. Jenny is lovely. I had a situation and had to leave early. She gave me a refund and I didn’t even have to ask as I thought I wouldn’t be entitled. Will definetly stay again if the need arises.

Had a wonderful experience. Competitive pricing. Plenty of amenities including kettle, toaster and microwave. Air conditioned room with TV and WIFI available. Convenient location to travel to Woodgate and Bundaberg and even head to Hervey Bay and Maryborough if needed Downside - hollow walls. Had next door families either side check in at 10 pm; very inconsiderate slamming front door every time they entered in or out of their room in an hour. So yes the sound echoed and all conversations heard. So for the price it’s fair for people in a budget and adequate patience if not you’ll be unhappy with expectations. Moral of the story you get what you pay for
