"Not a bad hotel by any means. Was a bit disappointed in the pool area and staff at the pool was a bit pre occupied talking to her friend. Room was decent and breakfast nice. Would stay again as the price was pretty good. "

"Ok. Raised voices in foyer ar arrival. Receptionist who checked me in was really nice and effective in processing my arrival. TV a bit small and basic and no function for casting. Breakfast bar ran out of usual granola and not replaced. Nothing really wrong, just not the relaxing enjoyable experience I usually get at the same hotel. "

"2 night stay with daughter and friends to watch football. Hotel is in great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and bed comfortable. If I had to make a recommendation it would be to add a couple of drawers. It was inconvenient to have to leave underwear etc in suitcase."

"Room was huge - we had the disabled access one. The bathroom is the biggest I’d seen. A few stains on the carpet but they been scrubbed as best they could. Would have liked some bedside lights, ended up using the TV on a scrambled signal to give a little light. Staff were friendly and really helpful. To the point of intervening with parking because it’s free at the weekend. Top tip - if you’re heading to Winchester, get the bus. Bus stop a short walk away, the route I direct, every 10mins. £3 til 6pm then £1."
