"We paid for kitchenette but when we checked in at 9 PM we were told there wasn’t a clean room available but we could wait 1/2 until they cleaned one. We said no, we were tired and wanted a room now. They put us in a double Queen standard room overlooking a dirty eaves trough. No compensation offered. The pillows were terribly flat. The coffee maker was dirty. The bathroom hot and cold taps were backwards and I burned my hand. Shower gel in shower was empty. It was noisy, people running...
