"I have to say that this was probably the friendliest front desk staff in the afternoon and evening I’ve ever met. They were so accommodating and helpful and the cleaners were just constantly working on details for what I feel is kind of a budget hotel they really did a good job. The beds were comfy. The sheets were clean. The room was clean. The only downside is they only serve breakfast and there’s no bar."

"Hotel and room were clean, but the carpet smelled musty and the room felt damp when entering. The bathroom was clean and the staff was very helpful, allowing me to check in early. I would return because the location was good for my trip, but I think the property would do better if they replaced the carpet with hard flooring."

"If you're looking for nice accommodations while you're traveling through Asheville this is a cozy place to stay. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, Biltmore Estate and other places to sight see. The staff was excellent. They made you feel right at home. The only negative that I can say is the rooms are clean but definitely needed to sweep. The floors had dirt in the kitchen area and in the bathrooms. Maybe, the maid service forgot that step. I understand they have a lot of rooms. Also, the second bathroom was nice and big and had all of the conveniences of home, except the shower wouldn't drain properly so you were standing in water until you finished. Overall, it was nice and cozy."

"We eloped to Asheville and stayed here. The staff were so nice! The property is very nice and close to everything. We did have a giant tarp in our view looks like some sort of repair left undone. Otherwise everything was great!"
