Rooms were large and more than enough space with good appliances if you are cooking or making food Pool is a nice addition but can be a little cold in the winter, great view from up there Breakfast could be improved but probably ok for the price"

"+ Room was very nice and clean, great location downtown, nice lounge with lots of couches and TVs, staff polite and mostly helpful - very average breakfast for 30$CDN, elevator does a weird thing where it automatically stops on the second floor no matter what button you press My main complaint is that my wife and I had a very early flight, so I requested a taxi for the next morning the day before. The employee at the desk made the arrangements, said we were all set snd just wait in the lobby. The taxi never came. Nobody told us anything. I had to go back up the the reception and ask what happened, only then was I told that the cab company was very busy and none were available. Huh? I reserved one the day before! Why did no one tell us? Luckily, my wife found an UBER, but that could have caused us to miss our flight right before a huge storm."
