"Most of the drawers in the bureau won’t open. The cleaning staff woke me up twice. I reported a maintenance issue which took 2 reports to get fixed. The TV went on at 6:49 in the morning twice waking me up. No one told me there was a $10 day parking fee. It took me almost an hour to check out because they couldn’t figure out my bill. Not a positive experience. I would never stay there again!!!"

"The hotel was a good location to Pier Park which was awesome. There are numerous options for eateries as well as Walmart and shopping mall. All within walking distance. With the hotel being right on the ocean side the view and easy access was amazing. Would definitely recommend and book again for my next visit to Panama City."

"The location was excellent. Loved the views of the beach and hearing the ocean. No one came to clean our room the entire stay which was ok but I did ask the Fri t desk for towels to be delivered but it was not. It was no problem reusing the towels but I would expect if you made a request at the front desk for towels they would be delivered."

"I would’ve gave it less stars than I did but the beach access was wonderful. However, there’s two flights of stairs that you have to go up and down if you do not get put on the third floor, no elevators no ramps. Housekeeping does not check daily to see if you need anything."
