The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "

"The welcoming staff were amazing and the place is incredible. The dining area was good but could be better. The menu is limited and the service is not very friendly including the greeting at the entry point. Breakfast was self service and the selection was reasonable, however the replenishment was slow and infrequent. There were quite a few guests walking around looking for cutlery and also waiting for fresh food to come out. Not the best experience for dining but the stay was relaxing and amazing, well worth the money. "

"Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons. "
