"Tranquility...is the perfect word,unless is an event going, miusic will quit around 1am. Late to be able to sleep)Food is good, mostly very healthy. FYI No sodas in property) Tuna salad is perfect. Morning fusion shot at breakfast is delicious ( no alcohol). It is definitely an experience to ✔️. Personnel is proper and mannered. Your room will.not get clean daily unless you request and you need to be present for them to access your room. Shower outdoors is amazing;if you love the out world. Very HUMID inside or out*"

"The beach was waiting for us just a small few steps away and it was perfect. Picturesque, idyllic, pure relaxation and beautiful. The staff was top notch, Edel and Erick both were more than impressive with their constant attention to detail and represented the Hotel in the best way. We had a small issue that was handled professionally and left my traveling group more than happy. I don't post reviews often, but the staff made our experience so good I have to recommend them and AWA as as strong choice for your place to stay in Holbox. I would definitely go back."

"El hotel está muy bien decorado, es cómodo y tiene todo (piscina, gimnasio, business center, club de playa, etc. Las camas son nuevas, buenas sábanas y toallas. Buenos amenities. "The gardens were lush and the beachfront palapas were nice. The beach was amazing. The spiral stairs to the unit were tricky and narrow. Some staff were very friendly while younger bar staff seemed bothered by requests. The internet strength was very inconsistent. The breakfast was just okay. The Americano coffee was poor. I was glad I did not get the all-inclusive food option. Tiny plastic cups for your drinks. I wasn’t able to use either pool as there were never any empty chairs as there only a few there. It was decent enough for the significantly reduced rate. Communication was difficult at times due to language issues."

"The hotel is right on the beach which is lovely, with beautiful birds and trees all around. The staff was extremely nice and helpful too, and the hotel is in a good quiet location but still an easy walk to the center of town and activities. The amenities could have been a little more luxurious--the instant coffee in the room, for example, could be improved. The food in the hotel restaurant was atrocious, unfortunately, so plan to eat elsewhere."

"Overall, our experience was good but not great. The staff were a bit rude and the service at the beach club lacked customer service. When we checked in, the bathroom window was open and the screen was broken so mosquitoes were coming on. On top of that, they were doing some kind of maintenance or something and the smell of spray paint was coming into the room."
