No answer on the contact phone number displayed at the venue to call in case of any issue. It all added stress I did not need. Why not communicate this information at the time of booking?"

We also thought we had booked rooms including breakfast but were told it was room only. The rooms were very clean and the only fault we had was the tea making facilities were on a shelf leading into the bathroom with an electric plug for the kettle immediately behind the kettle which we thought dangerous. The parking and staff were excellent."
