"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. "Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"Fantastic location, right by the river. Very nice pub with range of food & a good bar…staff all very nice & helpful…Nice to sit out on an evening. Accommodation was ok…the room was large with a comfy double bed but the kids/pullout bed was a bit old and there was no light by it. Bathroom was a good size but needs updating as fixtures were loose and decor tired…it could be an amazing place to stay, but needs some money spending on it. The location and nice staff made it a good stop over…& the outdoor space was lovely."
