I have stayed at this Hotel at least six different time and will always stay here because of Location, Room, Breakfast, but the STAFF is the Star at this Hotel!!! From Check-in to Check-out, everyone involved in my staff wanted to make my stay enjoyable!!! The staff is wonderful!!!!!!!!

The hotel said they are fully booked and did not accommodate me. They refused to return me the money and delegated me to their n’bours where I needed to pay again 150k. Hotels.com did not do anything about it.
